Who may use this
Adults only, and only where it is legal for you to do so.
You must be eighteen or older. You must also be somewhere that permits you to use a service like this one. If either of those is not true, do not use Minichat TV.
You are responsible for what happens under your access, including anything done by someone else using your device or your account.
What you agree not to do
Harass, deceive, capture people without consent, or break the law.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, on a call or in a message.
- Pressure someone to do something after they have declined.
- Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture another person without their agreement.
- Share anyone else's personal information without their consent.
- Impersonate another person in order to obtain something.
- Post explicit, violent, or graphic material, or anything involving minors.
- Advertise, spam, run a scam, or spread deliberately false information.
- Interfere with the service, scrape it, or try to get around its limits.

Your account
Guest access needs nothing. A registered account is yours to look after.
You can use the service as a guest. If you register, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. An account is personal — it is not something to share, lend, sell or transfer.
Coins, VIP, and refunds
Virtual items are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
The platform may offer coins, VIP membership and virtual gifts. These are a licence to use a feature inside the service. They are not currency, they have no value outside the platform, and they cannot be cashed out.
Purchases of virtual items are generally non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law or where a specific offer says otherwise. Whether a particular refund is possible depends on the purchase terms that applied, the rules for that product, the status of the payment, and the law where you are. If you think something went wrong with a payment, write to us with the details and we will look at it.
Prices and the per-minute rate for a call are shown to you in the product before you are charged. The screen in front of you at the time is the price that applies.
Anything you post
It stays yours. You give us permission to show it on the platform.
Content you upload remains yours. By posting it you give us the permission needed to host it and display it within the service. You also confirm you have the right to post it in the first place.
Content you post publicly can be seen by other users and can be indexed by search engines. Deleting it removes it from the platform, but search results that already mention it may take time to update.
What we can do about an account
Review it, suspend it, freeze it, or close it.
If an account breaks these terms or the community guidelines, the platform may remove the content, suspend access temporarily, freeze the account, or terminate it permanently. Which one depends on how serious it is and whether it has happened before.
You can stop using the service whenever you want, and you can ask for your account to be removed — see the privacy policy.
No promise that it is always up
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of availability.
Minichat TV is provided as it is. Features change, things break, and parts of it will be unavailable sometimes. We do not guarantee that a call will connect, that a particular person will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
We also do not control what another person says or does on a call. If someone behaves badly, report them — that is what the report tool exists for.

We are not responsible for sites we do not run.

Changes to these terms
The reviewed date moves, and continued use means the new version applies.
These terms will change as the service does. The date at the top says when this page was last looked at. If you keep using Minichat TV after a change, the updated terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.
