Contact Minichat TV

One email address, five reasons people use it. Putting the reason in the subject line is the single thing that gets you a faster answer.

Something is broken

Tell us the browser, the device, and what you saw instead.

Most problems are the camera or the microphone, and most of those are permissions — the front page has a section on fixing both. If that does not cover it, write to us and say which browser and which device, because a bug on Safari on an iPhone and the same symptom on Chrome on a laptop are rarely the same bug.

A payment went wrong

Include when, how much, and what you expected to receive.

Coins that did not arrive, a charge you do not recognise, a purchase that failed halfway. Give us the date, the amount and the account, and we can look at the transaction. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms and the law where you are — the terms explain what that means.

Reporting someone

The report tool on their profile is faster. Email works too.

For behaviour on a call, reporting from the person's profile is the quickest route — see the community guidelines for where that lives. Write to us as well if it is serious, or if you cannot find the account again.

Anything involving someone who might be under eighteen goes straight to us. Put "child safety" in the subject and see that page.

Your data

Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your account.

Say which of the three you want and give us enough to identify the account. What we hold and how long for is in the privacy policy.

Copyright and takedowns

Use the checklist on the copyright page.

There is a short list of what a complaint needs to contain on the copyright page. Including all of it in the first message saves a round trip.

The address

One address for all of the above.

[email protected] — write in English if you can, and put the reason in the subject line.

Please include your username if you have one. A message about an account we cannot identify is a message we cannot act on, and that is the most common reason something sits unanswered.

What not to send here

Passwords, card numbers, and partnership pitches.

Never put a password or full card details in an email, to us or to anyone. We will not ask for them. Marketing offers, link exchange requests and bulk partnership pitches are deleted unread — not out of rudeness, just volume.
