Our rule
Eighteen and over. No exceptions, no interpretation.
Minichat TV may only be used by adults. If we find an account that belongs to someone under eighteen, it is removed. We do not want minors on this platform and there is no version of this service that is appropriate for them.
We are not going to describe this as a verified age barrier, because that would be a stronger claim than we can stand behind. It is a rule we enforce when we learn about a breach of it.
What is never allowed
Any content or conduct involving a minor, in any form.
- Any sexual content involving a minor, real or depicted.
- Attempting to contact, groom, or solicit a minor.
- Sharing images or information about a minor in a sexual context.
- Using the platform to direct a minor anywhere else.
An account doing any of this is terminated. Conduct of this kind may also be reported to the relevant authorities and may be handed to law enforcement where the law requires it.
If you think someone on here is a minor
End the call and write to us with whatever identifying detail you have.
Do not keep talking in order to gather evidence. End the call, then send us a message with the username, the display name, and roughly when the call happened. Those three things are usually enough for us to find the account.
The address is [email protected]. Put something like "child safety" in the subject so it is not sitting behind a question about coins.
You can also report from the person's profile the way you would report anything else — see the community guidelines. Writing to us as well does no harm.
If you are under eighteen
Close this tab. This is not a site for you.
There is nothing here worth your time and plenty here that is not meant for you. If an adult on a site like this one has contacted you, tell someone you trust — a parent, a teacher, or a helpline in your country.
For parents and guardians
Device-level controls work better than site-level ones.
If you are trying to keep a young person away from services like this, the useful controls are on the device and the network rather than on any individual site. Both iOS and Android have built-in screen time and content restrictions, and most home routers can filter at the network level.
If you believe a young person in your care has an account here, write to us and ask for it to be removed. Tell us enough to identify it and we will act on it.
